There is more than one way to do so, but this is how I prefer to do add a picture to a person's Picture Gallery: 1 From an Individual's Information Screen, click on the Picture Gallery icon. 2 Click on the Picture button. 3 Navigate to where you have stored your picture files. 4 Click OK. 5 Add a Description and/or Date and/or Caption. 6 Click Close. To add a picture to Source Details: 1 From the Assigned Sources Screen, select the Source and click Edit Detail. 2 Click Multimedia. 3 Click the Picture button. 4 Click the Picture button. 5 Follow steps 3 to 6 above. If you are adding a picture at the time of creating the Citation, you can go straight to 2.
