In Windows 7, there are three options - Smaller, Medium and Larger. Windows Vista has only two options.
If you click on the "Apply" or "OK" button, then your selection for resolution shoud be respected. If not, then you have a problem with Windows.... I have the resolution adjusted on bothy my 64 bit Vista laptop and my 64-bit Windows 7 PC.
