I also use SugarSync.  If you change a file while offline, it will sync the
file the next time you connect.  It also works as a backup, although I keep
multiple backups, both on-site and cloud-based.  For simplicity's sake, I
moved all of my files connected to Legacy (multi-media, etc.) into a single
folder within SugarSync's Magic Briefcase folder, so all of my most
essential files are kept in sync.  Dropbox will also work, it you can live
with its 2GB limit (I couldn't).
