This is not a good idea! If you do this you will end up with 2 entries in the Master Location List - one for Marietta, Ohio and one for Marietta, Washington County, Ohio. The first one is probably not wanted. Also, if several people, or one person several times, are using that Location, changing it in one place on one person's Individual Information screen will not change all the other instances, which probably *is* wanted. As other have said, and as was detailed in another thread within the last couple of days, edit the entry in the Master Location List. -- Jenny M Benson Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp Follow Legacy on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/LegacyFamilyTree) and on our blog (http://news.LegacyFamilyTree.com).
