First of all, the file problem is with *INSTALL.LOG*, not "Uninstall.Log"

WIth Legacy closed, go to the c:\Legacy folder, delete the INSTALL.LOG
file. Then go to the c:\Legacy\Baclup folder and delete any files
there with the word "Install" in the file name.

Reinstall Legacy with the latest build from our website and that will
recreate a new Install.log file so the program can be properly
uninstalled.

Make sure all programs, including the security software, is shut down
when uninstalling.

The solutions to Error 75 is on the Legacy website
www.LegacyFamilyTree.com > Help Center > Technical Support > Solutions
by Error Number. There are several possibilities, depending on the
operating system.

Sherry
