First of all, the file problem is with *INSTALL.LOG*, not "Uninstall.Log"
WIth Legacy closed, go to the c:\Legacy folder, delete the INSTALL.LOG file. Then go to the c:\Legacy\Baclup folder and delete any files there with the word "Install" in the file name. Reinstall Legacy with the latest build from our website and that will recreate a new Install.log file so the program can be properly uninstalled. Make sure all programs, including the security software, is shut down when uninstalling.
