Need some help in how to handle an error. When I am attempting to 'Add A New Person' I'm encountering an error which reads: ' ...Error getting next deleted RIN. Error 3021: No current record. Would you like to TRY IT AGAIN. Responses available YES, NO, QUIT…'. It seems to also affect entering a new marriage on occasion.
None of the responses seem to work very well. Clicking on YES continues to TRY AGAIN and again and again and again , so it not useable. NO sometimes allows me to enter a new person immediately and at other time it will permit me to enter a new person after a lengthy search. Quit closes out Legacy altogether.
