Eldon, It's not an issue of screen resolution but of Windows System Fonts. Right click on the Desktop and select Personalize or Properties, depending on which version of WIndows you have, to set the Screen fonts. In Windows 7, click on "Display" in the bottom of the left panel.
You must use one of the default fonts showing - Legacy will not work correctly with custom fonts.
