Screen resolution is *not* going to solve his problem. It's in the
Windows System fonts....

Nor is resizing the window.  When the window's resized, the formatting
of it stays the same.

I think I've sent this information twice already about making sure the
Windows system font is set to one of the default sizes and not a
custom size.
