That shouldn't be necessary, just closing Legacy down should be sufficient to
free up any memory that may cause problems. But, as you say, Windows needs an
occasional rest, and shutting down prevents a lot of problems. Me, I shut down
as I go to bed. Can't risk a nocturnal lightning strike taking everything out -
or a surge that sometimes happens following a power cut.
