I have the Deluxe version of Legacy 7 but for the last 4 or 5 upgrades I have not been able to download from the home tab. When I go to the web site it tells me to download from there and use the code legacy7 and if I have the deluxe edition use my customer number. In addition to not downloading from the home tab it never asks for the code or gives me a place to enter the customer number. When I check General Information under the Help tab it says Deluxe Version 7.5.0.185.
The reason for writing in addition to the above each time I have downloaded a version I get a message saying it may not have installed properly. Other than not being able to download from the home tab everything else seems to work. What do I do to correct this problem?
