As Sherry said, it looks like that last child was incorrectly linked to
only the father not to the couple.

With the father and mother in the centre of the display check the
spouses icon below the father. Is there a small number 2? If so click on
that icon to display the spouses list, you will probably see the real
wife and an unknown wife.

To fix this:
First With the father and mother still in the centre of the display
right click on an empty child spot
Select Link to an existing son or daughter depending on the gender of
that last child.
Select that last child from the name list and click select
You will be warned the child is already a child of another family
Click OK
Now you can open the fathers spouses list again
Select the unknown spouse
Click the unlink button to remove that spouse,
You will be warned that there is a child
Click Yes
