Peggy, It certainly appears that you have George David Parker not only linked to the last child twice, but also recorded under two names, the second being George Parker Sr. As has been suggested you need to unlink the child from one of these. So far you will have lost no information. However, unless the two Parkers are two diqfferent people you will need to delete one of them. Which we cannot tell.
Re: the child in italics, I think that you will find that you have set him/her as being of unknown sex. Change this on the child's Information Screen.
