I plan on being understood by leaving a READ ME file. In writing the
READ ME file I realized some things I could simplify so I did that.

In MRIN filing, that means by marriage. So, if there's more than one,
there's more than one folder.

I only use maiden names for women to keep it simple. They're listed that
way in my database so why confuse things by giving them more than one
name in my files?

I search my embedded information often and it would be impossible to do
if I had more than one version of a person's name.

For people with the same name, I use b1813 for instance after their name
in the keywords, so if I'm searching for, say, Hector E Beeken b1813
that's what the keyword is.
