I would… Make a relationship between your mother and your real father and then mark this relationship “did not marry.” You would be listed as a child of this union. I would make a 2nd relationship between your mother and the man she did marry and then add the actual marriage information.
If you want to be shown as the child of your mother and the man she married (I assume you have his last name), you can also link yourself to that union. Then, go in and indicate which father is biological and which is adoptive (even if this man is listed on your birth certificate, he isn't your biological father and should be listed as adoptive. In the notes you would explain the circumstances). To indicate adoptive vs. biological parent.... Go to the family page with you listed as a child (do this AFTER you link yourself to your mother and her husband) RIGHT CLICK your name in the list of children. Then click on children's settings. Highlight your name and at the bottom of the screen you can show how you are related. You will put biological for your bio dad and adopted for your mother's husband. After all of that, you will be listed as a child (biological) to the relationship of your mother and your bio father AND you will also be listed as a child (adoptive) to the marriage of your mother and her husband.
