The question is not really about HOW to preserve the images and documents but rather the difference between display and preservation. Display in Legacy is a valid question for this list and is/has been covered quite well. How to preserve images and documents is a totally separate subject better suited to a list dedicated to that subject. Suffice it to say I keep ARCHIVAL copies in a completely separate folder from my Legacy Display items. How to save/manipulate them is an entirely personal choice. -- Gene Young Researching Young, Harer, Cox & Sallada With Legacy Family Tree http://myyoungs.atspace.com/index.htm Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp Follow Legacy on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/LegacyFamilyTree) and on our blog (http://news.LegacyFamilyTree.com).
