Lisa, Errors like this are often solved by running Check/Repair.

Error checking Picture and Sound File Locations. Error 3163: The field is too small to accept the amount of data you attempted to add. Try inserting or pasting less data. I received this error message as I was making a back up. I did not receive it as I was attaching my pictures. I do not have any sould files. I have searched through the LUG archives, but did not find a solution. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
