Check/repair only verifies and fixes the Family File. It doesn't affect Legacy or any of the associated usr files.
Just recently, there's been an extensive discussion about file sizes for pictures linked to in Legacy. We recommend that pictures be resized to about 150-200 KB, linking that one to Legacy and the original "archived" picture be kept far away from the Family File as an "archival" picture for printing larger pictures or editing later (again, saving to a new file if you edit in anyway, esp if it's a jpg - you never want to save over your original jpg pictures because that will degrade the quality) I'm not sure what's causing the problem with the Legacy2.usr file to cause this problem frequently. There might be something else going on with your computer. You could try doing a complete uninstall and reinstall of Legacy - deleting all the usr and exe files after uninstalling Legacy and then reinstalling with the latest build from our website. Make sure you have all security software closed when you do the reinstall If the problem persists, please contact us through [email protected] or a Problem Report Form.
