I have yet to come across any uninstall process for a product that does not leave residual traces of its presence behind. This is especially true of the larger, more complex products such as Legacy. All Sherry is saying is, after running the Uninstall procedure - the Control Panel method is sufficient - use Windows Explorer (NOT INTERNET EXPLORER) to look at your disk. Locate the folder in which Legacy was installed and remove those residual bits and pieces that she referred to.
