When you uninstall Legacy, the main Legacy folder remains to preserve your Family Files as well as anything else you've changed or added to that folder - for example, when you change settings, those are in the .usr files and are not removed by the uninstall. If you've saved a Color Scheme, that wont' be removed. Nor are any reports, etc that you have saved to that folder.
Therefore, you need to use Windows Explorer to delete certain files which remain behind after the uninstall. These files could be part of the problem you're having. If you don't know how to do this, you should either find someone to help you or learn how to do this basic function in Windows. There's a great website with WIndows tutorials at http://www.jegsworks.com/Lessons/win/index.html I sure hope this uninstaller doesn't remove any left-over program folders because then you'll lose all your data and anything else you've stored in the c:\Legacy folder.
