There are instructions.  They are in the help file in easy to follow
plain English - I managed to follow them successfully! :))

Go into Help and type Split into the search box then choose Files then
Splitting Files.

I did the Descendent line rather than the Ancestor line, that's how
clear and easy the instructions are.
