Ron, thanks so much for the information, no Firefox, Windows 7, but after many repairs etc., I deleted the printer and everything went back to normal, opening instantly and closing perfectly. Maybe this will help someone else along the line. I love Legacy, so I'm very happy to have it functioning again, except I've lost a whole days work on Sourcing!
