Thanks Wendy. The problem is that both words on the left have disappeared
completely. In other words when I pull up the individual's screen, the
Given and their Surnname appears within the field, but "Given" and
"Surname" to the left of the field box no longer exists. Any idea how to
restore the two word? Thanks,
