I presume you mean only those two field titles have disappeared. If those 2 fields are the only ones with text entered AND a Source attached then following Wendy's instructions will solve your problem. I forget now what the default colours are, but on my setup the background of that screen is grey and the field names are black but when I have Sourced any of the fields the labels change to reddish-brown.
