Rita - I don't see that the question was answered yet - so my stab at it! When you choose the report that you want you have options (margins, paper size, etc.). In that first screen of options there is a index button (bottom left hand side) - you open it and get name index and location index (see tabs at top) for location index one of your choices is clicking the box for notes. There you go. Not sure about pictures because I don't link photos. I am sure someone else might jump in.
