If I were you, I would check the "Default location of family files"
under "Options">"Customize">"Locations". It should read
"C:\Legacy\Data\". If it reads "C:\Legacy\Data\Data\" then all your
files will end up in the second data directory.

If you want all your data files to go to "C:\Legacy\Data\", then you
must ensure that this is your default location.
