Hi Wendy Thankyou for your advice, however I have a bit more trouble than you might think.
I have 28000 entries in a one name file with many trees, with for example 1010 John Noonans alone. Simply searching for John Noonan and working through the results isn't feasible. Am I missing something in your advice which would help?
