Wendy and JLB, Thanks for your replies. I have always used alt birth, death, etc. in the past but it makes for a very dull report for some people, which is why I want to lump them together begin entering the info into the notes field. I've sent a suggestion to Legacy so *maybe* they'll do something about it.
