For the UK ones it's by Year and Country, so 1841 England, 1851 England,
1851 Wales and so on.  Except for the 1911 which because FindMyPast lump
the 2 together in 1 database I have 1911 England & Wales.

I don't have a great many American ones, so I do them by County - 1880
Iroquois IL, 1900 Cumberland NJ etc.  I don't know if it would be
practical to do this if all my research was in the USA and I had
thousands of Census entries.
