You are definitely a "splitter", not a "lumper", then. Just to take the 1851 England Census alone I have 428 images, so that's probably about 400 households. Multiply that up through all the Censuses from 1841 to 1911, adding in Wales, Scotland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man, not to mention USA, and I dread to think how many individual Sources that would make! It really doesn't make sense to me - all that extra typing and all that added bulk in the database for so much repetition.
