If you want all those changes you are going to have to edit your Reports in a word processor. There is a certain amount of choice in how Reports are worded or laid out, but not to the extent you want. Putting a comma after Jr. would actually be grammatically incorrect! There should be a full stop after the second VA - if that's not showing in the Report Support should be notified. You can untick "Age at death" on the Include tab of Report Options. As for the quotation marks round "Sallie", you have chosen to use her Quoted Name in the narrative and it isn't usual to put quotation marks around someone's name, even if it is a nickname or shortening of their full forename.
