They did not seem to answer my question, but when checking your answers out, I found the REPEAT button inside EVENTS/FACTS. It works beautifully. Just type the data in for the first person and click click ... REPEAT for the rest. Strange I couldn't find reference to it in the handbook for EVENTS/FACTS, but it is mentioned in ADDING AN ADDRESS.
