If you go to Events in the Help file in the program this is what you see - Using the Event Clipboard
To copy an Event to the clipboard: 1. Click the button. [shows the copy icon - removed because this is in plain text] To paste an Event from the clipboard to a list: 1. Open the Add Event window for the person or marriage you want to add the event to. 2. Click the button. [shows the paste button - removed because this is in plaint text] I doubt you could get much plainer than that. Most helps don't help unless you already know what to look for. One of my pet peeves. They did not seem to answer my question, but when checking your answers out, I found the REPEAT button inside EVENTS/FACTS. It works beautifully. Just type the data in for the first person and click click ... REPEAT for the rest. Strange I couldn't find reference to it in the handbook for EVENTS/FACTS, but it is mentioned in ADDING AN ADDRESS. Thanks again for pushing me in the right direction.
