Only problem with using the repeat button (which I had noticed but never used before, so I have learnt something) is that it doesn't copy the source. By using the copy icon (two paper pages) and then the paste icon (clipboard with paper on it) on the new person's event screen you can repeat the whole lot with ONE click, source, notes and all.
Cheers Jan Thanks for your replies. They did not seem to answer my question, but when checking your answers out, I found the REPEAT button inside EVENTS/FACTS. It works beautifully. Just type the data in for the first person and click click ... REPEAT for the rest. Strange I couldn't find reference to it in the handbook for EVENTS/FACTS, but it is mentioned in ADDING AN ADDRESS.
