No, that's your responsibility. I use Thunderbird and I can set it so that every message I send to the user group goes as plain text. I can also set it so that for another address messages go as HTML. Any web-based mail program/service (Gmail) wants you to use HTML almost exclusively and makes it awkward to do otherwise. I have a gmail address but I don't use Gmail via any browser. -- Regards, Mike Fry Johannesburg (g) Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp Follow Legacy on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/LegacyFamilyTree) and on our blog (http://news.LegacyFamilyTree.com).
