Brian, I don't think it can be done from your Legacy program - not sure about LTools though. It will be possible using Access.
BTW I would have picked this up earlier, but I have been away for a few days. I gave up looking at stuff on my tablet because this list was filled with requests for some data sheets or other, so I deleted everything. I hope never to see such inconsideration again!
