I am unsure as to which o/s will be on the tablet, although it may well be 
Win8, you must, therefore, make sure that it will allow normal Windows 
compatible software to run on it.

One other important factor to check is that it has enough memory, both on the 
hard drive and RAM for Legacy (and any other programs you may wish to download) 
to run. Off-hand I am not quite sure how much you need (I *think* 2GB RAM)  but 
the figures are given on the Legacy website, probably on the download page.
