I wonder if this (2 rounds of S & R for Citation details) has something
to do with using SourceWriter.  You will notice that in the first pass
the wording you see looks "normal" but the second time you will see all
the field names in lots of brackets.

... or perhaps just because it's something to do with Sources.  I just
did a little test, doing a S & R for a word in a SW Source and then for
one in a Basic Source.  The first one went through the cycle twice,
making replacements both times.  The second one also went through the
Records twice, making a replacement the first time round but not finding
the Search text at all the second time.

I can't be sure that S & R hasn't always worked this way but I'm sure
it's a necessary beahviour for Legacy and something you can't change.
