Rita, As explained in the Help file for Picture Gallery (readily accessed by clicking on the Help button in that window):
Moving Pictures You can move pictures from one position to another by dragging them with the mouse. Hold down the left mouse button over a picture, drag it and drop it over the picture you wish it to be in front of by letting up on the mouse button. This places the picture in the box you drop on and moves the underlying picture and all subsequent pictures one place to the right to make room for the new picture.
