That becomes an issue if you have a very large data base.  If you have
'Include Alternate Names' checked in the Options of the Name List, the
individual is easy to pick up if he/she has the a.k.a. set, but with
alternate names in quotes or brackets, they can be missed while searching
in the Name index.
