Did you follow the instructions from the "Solutions by eerror Number" page on 
the Legacy website?  I suspect you did.

  "Click on Options on the menu and select Customize. Next click on the 
Locations tab and then click the Reset button for "Location of temporary 
files." The correct path is c:\Legacy\Temp."

Those directions only affect the Picture, Sound, Video and Document files.  To 
check the path to the Geo Location database:

Click on Options on the menu and select Customize. Next click on the Other tab. 
 In the bottom left corner of that window select the Database Maintenace 
button.  Ensure that the Geo Location database path is set correctly.

If that does not correct your problem then its time to contact Millenia.
