I decided to do an uninstall and reinstall and got the install log error
discussed on the lug, so did a down load of the current version from the
web to resolve the uninstall problem.  before running the uninstall I
decided to check and see if it would work and it did.  All seems to work
fine.  I will run several other tests but that seems to solve the problem.
Thanks for the help.  The LUG is a major factor in the success of Legacy.
