I do not accept direct requests for help via Email to my address. If you
want personal one-on-one help with an issue raised on the LUG send your
request to Support@legacyfamily tree.com. Mail to that address is
recorded in our support tracking system and any support tech can assist
with the problem, attachments are also allowed in mail to that address.
I  sent this reply to Leslie but I have included the LUG so everyone
will know my policy on requests for assistance.

WARNING: The tracking system strips HTML mail of all format codes so
coloured text (some users try to intersperse comments in coloured text
within our reply but they are lost when we receive the message - Use a
character to surround your comments like * text * if you need to insert
your answer into the text of a reply from us) and inline images should
not be used. If you want to include an image or sample file attach the
file do not embed it in the message.
