Hmmm ... strange ... Google Maps may be different from Google Earth (???) Google, at https://support.google.com/maps/answer/2533464?hl=en, says that "Google Maps coordinates are expressed in decimal degrees to comply with the most common Geographic Information Systems." But I, too, am on Google Earth and it is reporting in degrees, minutes, seconds
