Google Earth easily gives you the Lat. & Long. for any address, with no conversion needed. Search for the address in Google Earth. Click on the Pin Icon at upper left of the bar. A New Placemark box opens, showing Lat. & Long. in the format: 55°56'54.05"N and 3°11'53.23"W Copy each string into the appropriate box in the Legacy Location dialog box. Then delete the °(degrees), '(minutes) and "N or "W(which are already in Legacy). The numbers should be in pairs, so any single digit should have a "0" placed before it, i.e. 6 digits before the point, and 2 after the point. This works perfectly, you can pinpoint any place to within a few metres. Mary Young
