Sorting the list by a different field causes Legacy to be-build or re-generate
the Name list.

Married names are not differentiated in any way. And they're automatically added
and removed from the list (without sorting) when you change the option. Look
closer at the list. Pick someone who is married and scroll the list to get them
in view. Then play with the option.
