Another solution is "FileMenu Tools 6.6" available from http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/OS-Enhancements/FileMenu-Tools.shtml. this program allows you to add items to your right click menu, one of which is "Copy Contents." Right clicking a folder and selecting "Copy Contents" allows you to paste just the names of the files and folders therein without any directory information attached. Another very useful utility.
