John: Thanks so much for your message about GLB popup. I just can't get past this. I have a new Dell computer and Windows 8 (no Avast)...plenty of room on my computer.
One time when I got the GLB message, I closed it using the X button in the upper right hand corner. No luck. Then, I attempted to x-out (well, anything on that pop up)...nope. At this very moment I have the blasted popup open on my desktop. It's looking right at me and laughing. Do you have any other suggestions?
