One point that should be made about spam is that in certain cases valid messages may be deleted before they even make it to your account. One of the options some ISPs offer is ‘delete spam at server’ so that one would never see the vast majority of spam, even in the spam folder. The flip side of that is a few valid messages get deleted and there is no record (to you, the ultimate recipient) of them.
I also think some ISPs may do this be default, not even give the user a choice. So, just because it isn’t in your inbox or your spam folder doesn’t mean it wasn’t sent. Only option is to contact Sales to get it sorted out. Paul Gray From: John B.
