I paid for the PDF manual for Legacy 8 as part of a bundle so I don't think it's free unless in the last few days they made it free.

And I guess I am objecting to the fact that 7.5 was sold to me without a manual or any information on how Family Search worked from LDS, since that was the draw they were selling on. ============================================================================ From: Ron Ferguson [[email protected]] Sent: Sunday, December 01, 2013 03:28 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [LegacyUG] E mail test and customer number Three very simple questions, which you might care to think about. How can a manual be published before the way in which a program works has been finalised? Or are you proposing that the release should have been delayed until the Manual had been printed? Or would you like it to be full of errors on the date of publication? I'm still waiting for that .pdf now after months. ============================================================================ From: Ron Ferguson [[email protected]] Sent: Sunday, December 01, 2013 03:05 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [LegacyUG] E mail test and customer number I suspect that John is correct, I only applied for my number yesterday, and received it today. Everything I hear tells me that they have caught up on their backlog. If you do not have your number by now, write Customer Service. The email should be coming from : Legacy Customer Service <[email protected]> with a subject line (something like...) : "Here is your Legacy 8.0 Deluxe Customer Number..." john.
