I don't think there is a system. Yet I have two observations ... If I switch the view from scrolling grid to 3 columns and back, then scrolling works. If I start Legacy with Family View there is a second scrollbar half hidden behind the grids scrollbar. It seems fully functional, but doesn't do anything.
